Nyatakan 5 fakta MENARIK tentang pemberi award ini:

So, mintak menarik, jadi I kenalah tulis bende2 menarik pasal Miss Baiti :)

1. The first time I met her was in Friendster, she was an old friend of Hafiz ;)
2. Never knew she followed my blog with her nickname ‘Silent Reader’, which I recently found out who is SR’s real identity :)
3. We have similar taste in tv series, movies, books, men, etc.. probably because we studied in the same uni??
4. She’s pretty, successful working mother and blessed with such beautiful family
5. I’d like to think that I’m a good judge of character, and I think she has a good heart. (I have my reasons, biarlah rahsia…)

1. I love to write, but lately I am … urm… uninspired…I usually write at night, but now at night I just..err..sleep or spend time with hubby (the only time we have)
2. I love to read, but I am demotivated to finish reading PS I Love you since I already watched the movie (the suspense you get when reading a book has been taken away from me)
3. I am blessed to finally get to be together with hubby, with him doing alhamdulillah at his workplace and me getting the opportunity to study my PhD, and being TOGETHER.. I may whine… since I still am so homesick.. but this is what I asked for, from Allah, to be together with him, till the end, insyaAllah. He is very happy, the kids are happy..so I guess I should be happy too! Don’t get me wrong, I am happy, but there’s just no place like home
4. I got myself a Coach bag (treat myself) before coming here, and bought a matching Coach purse (I love this to death!) at Singapore Airport… at times, when I’m not using it (lying on the floor) I wish I hadn’t bought it as it was a waste of money and I could have used my money to buy other stuff. But other times, I wished that I have more of them designer bags..hahaha.. I am currently eyeing on this ‘messenger bag’ (betulkan ni sufee, bahasa Gucci?) or sling bag.. it’s really important that I buy one, because I ..er..ehem..need it to go to uni next Sem…hehe. No lah, we’re trying to save money to buy a house, so I guess any brand will do :) (for now)
5. Like Baiti, I also hate doing housework, (eh Baiti, masalahnya ada ke orang yang suka?? Seriously) but I guess I have no choice. That’s why I secretly wish to get elves who can secretly clean up my house when I’m asleep so that when I wake up, my house is clean… (currently the elf is my hubby..hahaha). But seriously, I might consider getting a part –time maid to clean up the house once in a while (if only I were rich…sigh..)
6. It annoys me when people don’t think I’m smart (I like to think that I am a bit smart la..takde la bodoh2 alam).. Hmm, this doesn’t sound right. Let me explain. When my kids are ‘smart’ or do smart things, like Hero is a genious in maths, and people would say…(believe me, many people say this).. Pandai macam Papa dia. Why does pandai always have to be associated with his father and not me? Apesal? I tak cukup pandai ke? Tak nampak pandai ke? Hehe.. Tapi kalau cute, cantik, ehem…………you know who la people would refer to.. hahah (perasan kan? Nasib la, dah orang puji..terima je la ;p). But, seriously, I asked Hafiz once if I looked smart or a bimbo, and he said……the latter. Siot je. Hehe. Bimbo pun bimbo la, you’re the nerd who married a bimbo!
7. I make it a point to call my mom every single day (I try to). I consider myself a very family-oriented kind of person. I love spending time with my family and we have never stayed apart until now… so I feel lost, since my mom is my best friend and I am so very close with my brothers. For 27 years, we have never live apart, and ever since I moved here, this has been the longest time apart from them. I also miss my relatives from Singapore, before marrying Hafiz, I always go to Singapore every year… And I miss my mamujan and Auntie Picha too. I always go to their house once every two month or maybe even more. We are very close and they regard me as their daughter too. Okla, if I let myself continue, number 7 will never end, so in conclusion, what I’m trying to say is I am still homesick (it’s very obvious, isn’t it?)
8. If anyone is rich enough to buy me plane tix back to Malaysia, I would pack up my things and my kids, and go home right this minute. Besides being homesick because of missing tons of family and friends, I miss Malaysian food. I love not having to cook when I don’t feel like it… and eating mouth-watering and delicious delicacy…urgh……mana la tak gemuk kan kat Malaysia? Sigh~ But the good thing is, I get to discover that I am a decent cook (read: I can cook edible food) hehehe.. I’m getting there, belum tahap Mynn lagi, but one fine day la kan.. (cita-cita baru selain dpt PhD)
9. I like to sing and I used to sing in uni (perform in theathers, dinners, etc) but I am very shy-shy cat lah. I like to think that I am a fairly good singer, but I don’t think many people (even my very close friends) even heard my singing. It’s like my secret identity…hehe. Even it took me awhile to sing in front of Hafiz (time dating2 dulu, malu la u) But now I am fine singing just to my kids… and they love it! (the only two person in the world who doesn’t judge my singing)
10. Finally number 10, susahnye bende alah nih… Ehm…. When I was young (read: before marriage) I always thought that I would die young (psycho kan?) because I did this quiz/test/palm reading ke, etc and it said so, so I kinda believe in it. Jahil la back then. But now, I know I can die this very minute, tomorrow, or next month, and since I have two kids, I always wondered what would happen to my two precious kids… So, I already told Hafiz that if anything should happen to me, I hope that my mom will take care of them. I am afraid that if Hafiz gets married again (lelaki mana yang taknak kawin lagi if wife dah meninggal?) the new wife will be a cruel stepmom, etc. So, yes, saya seorang yang terlalu berfikiran jauh, but you never know right? So, if I die, at least dah ada wasiat dah kat blog nih ;). But I pray to Allah everyday that Allah will let me live a long life so that I can bring up my kids myself and teach them and groom them to be good muslim and muslimah….Amin…

4. Sufee – one of my close buddy back in my old workplace.. pretty n smart too! Damn adorable kids
5. Naf – classmate Taiping, bljr kat CBN sesame. Avery bold n independent individual and I respect her a lot
6. Che Yah – Taiping gak…(yes, kitorg assabiyah sket).. funny and happening girl, fun to be with and her blog is so engaging :)
7. Faizal – my ex student who openly confesses to adoring my blog (I love his blog too). Funny guy and has a kind heart
8. Ieda Cik Puling – coursemate MSc and also my colleague, kira kita satu gang kan masa kat U**M…hehe. Smart girl, organized, and very passionate about the things that she does
9. Ulfa – coursemate masa matrics. Lovely and ayu lecturer with cute little kids.
10. Dr Soraya – another prodigy, she’s one year younger and also a very smart girl in Taiping… now married and have a cute boy
11. Dr Nisa – another doctor who back in Taiping nampak macam brutal2 je, tapi sebenarnya seorang yang sangat baik dan ayu dalamannye laaa
12. Dieya – yes, you guessed it, my Taiping friend too, and she is my best bud’s (Erin) roommie and she’s pretty, friendly and ada ‘attitude’ gituww
